Pierre-Célestin Rwigema (born 27 July^{[citation needed]} 1953) is a Rwandan politician previously associated with the moderate faction of the Republican Democratic Movement (MDR) party.^[1] He was Prime Minister of Rwanda from 1995 to 2000 and Education Minister from 1994 to 1995.
